Everyone is invited to stop by the new Monroe Bank in Avon tonight (Thursday, Feb. 21), next to Panda Express near Wal-Mart. They are having a grand opening extravaganza from 5-7pm. There will be cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and live music as well as giveaways and doorprizes. I stopped by yesterday to talk to the staff about opening a new checking account and they were all extremely friendly. They said that Charbono’s was going to be providing the food for the party.
